Finishing is Good!
I've finally finished the snippet quilt: a Fantasy Garden, last mentioned in February 2007 and already considered a ufo then - can't remember when I started it. It still worries me on some levels but it looks pretty good from a distance and its finished and finished is good! I'll enter it in the Quilt Club show and put a price on it - see if it sells.

Thanks Gwensmom! When I did that I was thinking of our New Zealand Pohutukawa trees - otherwise known as the NZ Christmas tree. But then the composition needed white bits in the tree... I don't know what they are! By the way, happy wedding anniversary for the 15th!
Oh I like it! I bought the Christmas snippets book but it's always good to see how the technique works out in 'real life'. Very pretty.
